Welcome to Swift Air Conditioning (“Swift AC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of swiftacfl.com and the HVAC services we provide. By using our website or scheduling service with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services we provide

Swift AC is a licensed HVAC contractor (Florida License #CAC1820211) providing residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services across Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, and St. Lucie counties. Specific scope of work, pricing, and warranty terms are agreed upon in writing for each job.

2. Quotes and pricing

Estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final pricing may vary based on conditions discovered during service, which we will explain and price transparently before performing the additional work. You will not be charged for any work outside the agreed scope without your approval.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise specified, payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ACH, and approved financing. Past-due invoices may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Florida law, whichever is less.

4. Warranties & satisfaction guarantee

Every install, repair, and tune-up we perform is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something is not right with our workmanship, we will return at no additional charge to make it right.

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty as registered at install. Our workmanship warranty covers labor on installed equipment for one year unless a longer term is specified in writing. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of routine maintenance, power surges, lightning, flooding, modifications by other contractors, or acts of God.

5. Scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling

Appointment windows are estimates. We will contact you if we are running ahead or behind. Service appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with reasonable notice (typically 24 hours). Same-day cancellation of installations or scheduled non-emergency appointments may incur a trip charge.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift AC's total liability for any claim arising out of work performed will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business, lost profits, or food spoilage, except where Florida law expressly requires otherwise.
